The Henson AL13 is designed to present the blade at the optimum shaving angle, with as little blade exposure as possible. This reduces the learning curve needed to hold this razor at the proper angle to shave well, which also greatly reduces the risk of nicks. 

That learning curve is one of the biggest deterrents for people switching to a safety razor. With the Henson AL13, that deterrent disappears.

This is machined from aerospace grade aluminum that’s also anodized. That’s durability. Manufactured at an aerospace facility in Ontario, Canada, this razor is built with the same AS9100 aerospace standards required to create satellite components. That’s precision. EXTREME PRECISION MAKES THE DIFFERENCE

With a blade that only sticks out roughly half the thickness of a human hair (0.0013"), the Henson AL13 eliminates all unnecessary blade exposure. This means less blade flex and therefore less chatter along your skin. Chatter is what causes razor burn and irritation and can contribute to cuts, nicks and razor bumps or irritation. The Henson AL13 means an excellent shave without all the excess chatter. 

NO PRESSURE

Unlike most disposables, you don’t need to apply heavy-handed pressure to shave. Just lightly glide the angled head along with light pressure and let it do its thing. In fact, you shouldn’t be able to feel the blade shaving you. If you do, you’re applying too much pressure.  

 EASY TO RINSE

No clogging. Engineered with wide side flow openings, long hair rinses away preventing clogs and making cleaning much easier.
