The Träkniv collection from SKÅGFÄ arose from the founders’ daughters’ needing to be part of their day-to-day lives and to be self-sufficient when doing so. With the Träkniv knife, they felt calm about letting them participate with food preparation since they knew their daughters would not be cut!

Made from sustainably forested beech wood and conditioned with plant-based oils, this wooden knife for kids has a clean, Scandinavian style and is hand-finished in small batches. 

What we feel sets this children’s wooden knife apart from others on the market is the beautiful finish that helps protect this knife, helping it last longer than other versions we've tried on the market.

Even more so, the ergonomic handle that many other wooden knives lack is a great fit for little hands. Instead of one solid piece like most other wooden knives, or a straight handle, this handle has been carved and shaped so that it allows children to comfortably grip the knife, thereby giving them more precise control.

CARE
