This stylish Keep Cup glass mug is made for coffee and tea. The 16 oz. clear, soda-lime, tempered glass is encircled with a stylish, thick cork band and covered with a form-fitting press-on lid with a swivel plug. It’s surprisingly light-weight and fits nicely into your hand or cup holder so you can take your brew to the front porch swing or along for the drive to the Saturday market.
The Keep Cup was originally designed as a reusable coffee shop cup. It matches perfectly in height, width and volume to a standard disposable cup used by most coffee shops. And with the new goal of some major coffee shops to be done with disposable, you definitely want this cup!
WHY GLASS & CORK?
Soda lime glass is easy to make, easy to remelt and eask to reharden many times, which makes it easy to recycle. Tempering the glass helps it withstand hotter temperatures. The cork band is a natural substance that is safe to submerge in water (so no need to remove), quick drying and it prevents heat transfer from your glass and hand.

CARE
Dishwasher safe for top rack, no drying cycle heat. The cork doesn’t mind soap and water and it will dry easily if toy’s rather hand wash.
We also recommend hand-washing the lid regardless at least half the time. It has been formed to the fit of your individual glass and the less exposure to high heats in the dishwasher, the better.
If you use the dishwasher, Keep Cup recommends top rack only for both the cup and the lid. However, the heat should be turned off for the drying cycle to ensure your lid continues to seal around your cup.
