PERIOD CARE MENSTRUAL CUP
The Saalt Cup is a menstrual cup that is worn internally like a tampon, but collects‚ rather than absorbs‚ your period. Our slightly firmer silicone allows it to open more easily when inserted, making it a great option for first-time cup users.
The Saalt Cup was designed to be the easiest to use and most comfortable menstrual cup on the market. These premium menstrual cups are made in the USA from 100% medical grade silicone with a velvety soft finish.
Once your cup is filled, you simply empty, wash, rinse, and reinsert the cup for up to 12 hours of protection. Better for your body and the planet. Ready for your zero waste period?

WHICH SIZE DO I NEED?
Most people can use either small or regular, but one may be more comfortable. To decide which is best for you, look at these general guidelines:
A small is typically best for light to normal flow or first time users. A small has the same capacity as 3 tampons.
A regular is best for normal to heavy flow and those with a high cervix. A regular has the same capacity as 4 tampons.
