Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, for now. Prices are in US dollars (USD).

Rates

Any applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times

Every piece is made to order. Orders usually ship in about 2 to 5 business days, plus carrier transit. Sales open on January 15, 2027. Your order confirmation shows the expected delivery window, and tracking is emailed for every parcel.

Multiple items

An order with several pieces may arrive in more than one parcel. You pay shipping once per order.

Late or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within the stated window, email us and we will trace it. If we cannot ship your order within the time we stated, we will let you know and you can cancel for a full refund.

Address errors

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it at cost or refund the items.
