Where we sell

We sell to customers in the United States. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which are shown at checkout.

Using this site

Please give accurate information and do not misuse the site. We may correct errors on the site at any time.

Products and prices

Every piece is made to order. Colours may look slightly different on screen. If we list something at an obviously wrong price, we will tell you before shipping and you can choose to pay the correct price or receive a full refund.

Orders

Your contract with us is formed when we confirm your order. The order confirmation email is your copy of the contract, and we send it straight away. If we cannot ship within the time we stated, we will tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.

The Ninth & Pine name, logo, marks, photos and text on this site belong to us.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, where Ninth & Pine is based, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you placed your order applies to that order.
