When can I buy?
Sales open on January 15, 2027 in the United States. Waitlist members hear first.

Every piece is made to order: it is embroidered when you order it and shipped to you in the United States. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
Within the United States only, for now. Prices are in US dollars.
How much is shipping?
US$8 flat per order, and free on orders of US$100 or more before tax.
Shipping policyHow long does delivery take?
Made-to-order pieces usually ship in about 2 to 5 business days, plus carrier transit. Your confirmation and tracking emails show the details.
Products and sizing
Are they waterproof?
No, and we will not claim anything a fabric has not been tested for. Our pieces are designed to layer for cool, grey days.
How do I find my size?
Use the size guide for how to measure. Between sizes? Size up if you plan to layer.

Returns, groups and contact
Can I return or exchange something?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. We are exchange-first, and faulty items are replaced or refunded with no need to send them back.
Returns policyDo you do club and group orders?
Yes, from 12 pieces, with your club or event logo on the left chest.
