What to wear for indoor golf and simulators
Illustrative imageIndoor golf is relaxed, but you are still swinging a club in a small space. Wear what lets you move and what the venue allows.
Clothes#
A polo or a T-shirt is fine almost everywhere. Indoors stays warm once you start hitting balls, so a light layer you can take off is better than a heavy one you can't.
Shoes#
Many simulator venues ask for clean, flat-soled shoes and don't allow spiked golf shoes on their mats. Spikeless golf shoes or trainers are the safe choice; check the venue's rules if you are unsure.
Leave the cap#
There is no sun to block indoors, and a brim can cut into your view of the screen. Save the cap for the course.
